Serotiny is often used to refer to the process of seed pods and pinecones springing open in the intense heat of a wildfire, releasing their seeds. The Serotiny pattern is inspired by this natural process and the life it brings after fire. This advanced beginner pattern can be made as a multicolor version or a two-color version and comes in a throw or bed size!
